Outmatic
From complexity to continuity: automation and control for an enterprise platform. How Outmatic helped Credemtel build a unified test automation framework that cut manual testing by 70% and lifted functional coverage by 50%.

Credemtel runs an ecosystem of business-critical applications covering document management, e-invoicing, certified email (PEC), and enterprise payments. With frequent updates and distributed releases, keeping software quality and stability under control had become increasingly hard. The number of flows, environments, and dependencies made manual testing slow and incomplete.
Credemtel wanted a partner to introduce an automated testing approach that was scalable, readable, and deeply integrated with existing development pipelines.
The core problem was building a unified testing structure that could cover applications with different technologies, domains, and architectures. Specifically:
Outmatic designed a unified automation framework built on modern, flexible technologies, with scenarios written in natural language so non-technical stakeholders could read and validate them. Every run produces screenshots and readable reports, fully integrated with Credemtel's existing delivery tooling.
The architecture is modular, so tests can run in two modes:
The work was delivered Agile, with a dedicated Outmatic team of one Delivery Manager, one Solution Architect, and two developers, working in constant collaboration with Credemtel's technical leads.
The framework handles end-to-end, functional, and regression tests across the full Credemtel application ecosystem. Suites cover the main flows, authentication, navigation, payments and document management, consistently, with reusable code.
Integration with Credemtel's versioning, build, and deployment systems means every release is automatically validated and comes with an immediate, readable report. The setup is designed to grow: new modules can be added with minimal effort as the platform evolves.
The framework delivered concrete, measurable impact:
Credemtel now has a testing infrastructure that scales with the platform and supports sustained growth of their digital ecosystem.
When test automation is integrated into the development cycle and backed by a shared quality culture, it stops being a purely technical asset and becomes a delivery accelerator. The real unlock on this project wasn't the tooling — it was designing a reusable common base that different application areas could adopt without reinventing it. That's the part that makes the model replicable for other enterprise teams trying to balance stability, speed, and software governance.
